Welcome to Maria Montgomery Mentoring! By accessing our website, purchasing coaching services, or booking a session, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms before scheduling your appointment.

1. Coaching Services

Maria Montgomery Mentoring offers personalized coaching and mentorship services, including but not limited to pageant preparation, modeling development, interview preparation, public speaking, confidence building, and professional development.

All coaching sessions are designed to provide individualized guidance, constructive feedback, and professional insight based on Maria Montgomery’s industry experience.

While we strive to help every client achieve their personal and professional goals, specific results, competition placements, modeling contracts, employment opportunities, or other outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

2. Booking and Payment

All coaching sessions must be scheduled through our designated booking platform or directly approved by Maria Montgomery Mentoring.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.

Session pricing is subject to change. Confirmed bookings will be honored at the price paid.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information when scheduling.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change and unexpected circumstances arise. We kindly ask clients to respect the time reserved for their appointments.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without a refund.

Missed appointments or no-shows are nonrefundable.

Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

If Maria Montgomery Mentoring must cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund for the affected session.

Exceptions may be considered at our discretion in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of coaching services and the reservation of appointment times, all completed coaching sessions are nonrefundable.

Refund requests for sessions that have not yet occurred will be evaluated in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

Any prepaid coaching packages, promotional offers, or special programs may have additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a productive and positive coaching experience, clients agree to:

Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled sessions.

Communicate their goals, expectations, and areas of interest.

Treat the coach and others with courtesy and respect.

Take personal responsibility for implementing advice and recommendations.

Provide appropriate parental or guardian involvement when required.

Video Recording Policy: Filming or recording the instructional portions of coaching sessions is not permitted. Upon request, Maria Montgomery Mentoring (MMM) may provide clients with a video of their walk demonstrating the techniques and skills learned during that session for personal review and practice.

Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions to accommodate other scheduled appointments.

6. Coaching for Minors

Clients under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before booking or participating in coaching services.

By booking on behalf of a minor, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms of Service and accepts responsibility for payment, scheduling, and appropriate communication.

Maria Montgomery Mentoring reserves the right to require parental or guardian participation or supervision when appropriate.

7. Virtual and In-Person Sessions

Coaching services may be offered virtually or in person, depending on the selected service and availability.

For virtual appointments, clients are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet connection, appropriate technology, and a suitable environment.

For in-person appointments, location details and any special instructions will be provided before the session.

8. Professional Advice and Results

All coaching recommendations reflect professional experience, industry knowledge, and individual assessments.

Maria Montgomery Mentoring does not guarantee pageant titles, competition results, agency representation, modeling bookings, employment, or other specific achievements.

Coaching services are educational and developmental in nature and do not replace licensed medical, psychological, legal, or other professional services.

9. Photography, Recording, and Content

Clients may not record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share private coaching sessions or proprietary coaching materials without prior permission, except for any practice videos provided by MMM for personal use.

Maria Montgomery Mentoring will request appropriate consent before using identifiable client photographs, videos, testimonials, or coaching footage for promotional purposes.

For clients under 18, consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.

10. Intellectual Property

All original coaching materials, exercises, educational resources, website content, and other materials provided by Maria Montgomery Mentoring remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Materials are intended for individual client use and may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

11. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services

Maria Montgomery Mentoring reserves the right to decline or discontinue coaching services in cases of inappropriate behavior, harassment, repeated policy violations, or other legitimate business reasons, consistent with applicable law.

If services are discontinued, any refund for unused prepaid sessions will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maria Montgomery Mentoring shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in coaching services or use of the website.

Clients acknowledge that personal, professional, and competitive outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond the control of Maria Montgomery Mentoring.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected during booking, payment, and coaching communications will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Client information will be used for legitimate business purposes, including appointment management, communication, and delivery of coaching services.

14. Changes to Terms

Maria Montgomery Mentoring reserves the right to update these Terms of Service as needed.

Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
